Zentrix Ventures is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use Zentrix OS.

Information We Collect

We collect account, organizational, usage, payment, communication, files, media, and technical data needed to provide the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide the app, process payments, communicate with users, improve the product, power AI features, and maintain security and compliance.

Third-Party Integrations You Connect

Zentrix OS can connect to services you already use, such as Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Slack and Notion, so the Zentrix Agent can answer questions using that data. These connections are optional and off by default, we request the narrowest permission each feature needs, and you can revoke one at any time in Settings or with the provider.

Zentrix OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Section 11 of the full policy states each commitment in detail.
